Operations Support Assistant [Malaysia]


 

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

You will assist to liaise with operations personnel and support the operations regularly by providing IT support and inventory management.

Job Description:

You will plan an important role to:

  • Assist in monitoring the outlet’s operations status and provide recommendations or solutions, including operation workflow to improve and support the operations regularly.
  • Order, arrange and ship the inventory as per request by the outlet.
  • Assist to ensure the operation system and procedures are being practiced and followed by the operations.
  • Work closely with the marketing department and execute all marketing activities efficiently.
  • IT support for all outlets and HQ, packing orders, and stock take.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior.

Requirement:

You will require the followings to be successful in this role:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Information Technology/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in F&B operation and IT support.
  • Good in computer knowledge and Microsoft Office applications (words, excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Capable of working as part of the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
