You will assist to liaise with operations personnel and support the operations regularly by providing IT support and inventory management.
Job Description:
You will plan an important role to:
- Assist in monitoring the outlet’s operations status and provide recommendations or solutions, including operation workflow to improve and support the operations regularly.
- Order, arrange and ship the inventory as per request by the outlet.
- Assist to ensure the operation system and procedures are being practiced and followed by the operations.
- Work closely with the marketing department and execute all marketing activities efficiently.
- IT support for all outlets and HQ, packing orders, and stock take.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior.
Requirement:
You will require the followings to be successful in this role:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Information Technology/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in F&B operation and IT support.
- Good in computer knowledge and Microsoft Office applications (words, excel and PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Capable of working as part of the team.

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
