Facility Attendant Job Description
Duties:
- Responsible for performing operational activities, including Ice Resurfacing and Ice maintenance
- Responsible for custodial and minor maintenance
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks
- Collaborating with team members to achieve operational goals
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Ice making, Ice Resurfacer operation
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Completion of Arena Operators Course an asset
